Just had my Cannondale hybrid bike tuned up by Zack @Zspokes. The bike rides better now than when it was new! Zack does excellent work, with attention to detail, and at a reasonable price. I am more than impressed. Do yourself a favor and skip the big bike stores downtown, and make a beeline to Zspokes, you won't regret it.
Zack does great work. He fixed up my custom road bike, which needed a bit of TLC, and built me an excellent set of new wheels. The bike works wonderfully - it's amazing how much better it rides! Zack is a great guy, his work is really first rate and his prices are reasonable. He worked with me to alter the geometry of my bike, which was a bit to aggressive for me now that I'm no longer in my 20s and racing road bikes. He's definitely a craftsman. In any case, it's much more comfortable to go out on long rides now. He's got some great bikes in his shop for reasonable prices, and I am sorely tempted, but I'll have to wait a bit. And he comes and picks up my bike and drops it off, which is very convenient in our all-too-busy lives these days.
Zack's was professional, thorough and his turn around time was second to none! It is great to have him as a resource in our area!

Zack is knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. My boyfriend bought a rebuilt Santa Cruz that he had wanted for years, but couldn't pay the new retail price. He's so thrilled with his bike and the continued service Zack offers. We've since had several bikes maintained by Zack. He truly provides the ultimate level of expertise, backed by organization, documentation, and even delivery. This is what a small, local business should be!
